I met Morgan at the Pilates studio in London. I am so happy to have found her. She is an incredible teacher with intuitively knowing how to tap into your emotion and what your body needs for that day. In Pilates you need flexion of the spine something I don’t do very well but after working with Morgan I improved immensely ! She is just a special person and friend. I highly recommend Morgan. She is my favourite Pilates teacher.

I started to train with Morgane after a long period of no exercise due to chronic fatigue syndrome and lower back/ neck problem. I was terrified to exercise again, afraid to get exhausted very quickly and to injure myself. On my second trimester, I had a very painful pelvic floor which prevented me from walking more than 10 minutes and I couldn’t breathe from the pain of my ribcage which felt almost as it was broken. My body was too tight and my baby needed lots of space. I was crying in despair and couldn’t sleep at night until I met Morgane who introduced me to Mama’s Back. I never came across that product before and little I knew that it will change my life. Morgane trained me and taught me how to use Mama’s Back at home to help me strengthen my pelvic and adapt to my body changes.
