I offer yoga and Pilates in Malaga for people of all ages and abilities. I specialise in rehabilitation and free movement, pre and post natal, fitness focused people who like challenges! Are you a runner, a cyclist, golfer? do you enjoy water sports, skiing ? are you a mum or dad with an active lifestyle?
Both Pilates and yoga will help you improve your posture, alignment, strength, flexibility and mobility.

My approach to movement and nutrition is not about food deprivation and counting calories. It’s about finding a balanced and healthy relationship with exercise and nutrition. Focusing on what you love, adding the good stuff instead of taking away, feeling great about yourself and getting rid of the guilt related to food and movement.
I offer a 14 days Life change starter and a 90 days Transformation program. You can combine these to Pilates and Yoga, classes and tips on other activities you might be interested in.
